The fraudsters are claiming for multiple insurances with different identities, and the companies are unable to check that. There have also been incidents where the identity of the customer has not been known properly because of the field agents, which has costed the company in future. DEWII has been working on technologies related to identity check and management. It uses technologies like face recognition for unique identification and identity management.
